never returned my calls

kept saying they would return my calls, and excuse after excuse, never called back, never came out, very unprofessional. ..................................................... ................................................... ..................................................... .................................. INSTEAD I DO RECOMMEND brian king roofing ---extremely professional, willing to go above and beyond, exceeded my expectations, prompt, courteous, service, excellent workmanship. that's who i ended up having to go with since "roofing by james brockwell" would not return my calls or come out after numerous times saying they would.....it would have been simpler if they had just said they couldnt come out, instead they left me hanging for weeks on end, always saying they would be coming out, and never did, in the end i am glad that i did not use them, and i am glad they never came out, since i do not want to do business with a company like that.... i think it turned out just as well that i went with brian king roofing!!!! extremely pleased with them!!!

We did try to contact you, even to the extent of sending crews out numerous times, but were sent away by you and unfortunately, we could not get things settled.
